Virgin Media (Cable) BB only retentions help please.

Hi all,
I'm approaching the end of my 12 month BB only contract which is risen is cost to £35.25 per month.
I'm moving house, probably next week and upon speaking with someone last night at Virgin they offered £30.25 p/m for the same package (152mbit). Does any here have an idea as to how low they might go or would that be their best offer?
The move means paying 2x the rent and all the bills myself so I'm keen to save anywhere I can!
