I'm moving and could do with some advice re phone/broadband

Dear all
I am moving from my partners' home to a flat of my own. In the flat is an existing BT phone line, disconnected. I don't need a landline or TV connection - all I would like is Internet access! (I can always use Skype if my mobile signal drops too low). I do have a Vodafone contract for my mobile
So this is my dilemma: What is the best deal for me to get just a Broadband connection, for as little a cost as possible? I'd prefer to have a router supplied but am happy to purchase one separately if that works out best
I move tomorrow (Saturday 30th Jan) so need to act promptly as I rely quite heavily on the Internet!
Your help and advice would be greatly appreciated - thank you!

She said "I'll miss you..."

You need a landline otherwise no internet can travel to you has it has no pipeline .
.
Alternatives to no landline are internet via expensive satellite or for light users mobile dongle .0
