BT broadband+calls Cashback

On Topcashback and Quidco for BT where it states 'Broadband + Calls' do you need to have a call package or is the line rental enough?
On TC it says - 'The BT free add-on such as Unlimited Weekend Calls, TV Starter or TV Entertainment Starter do not receive cashback.' Does that mean a call package needs to be added to qualify for the cashback?

I signed up via Top cash back today, signed up for infinity package which included free weekend calls. £126 tracked within ten minutes though at the moment it shows as £121 tracked. Plus the £125 from = £ 251, which makes it a bargain. Plus only 12 month contract. Extra £49 connection And £6.?? postage for router.
