Getting Out Of Aol Contract Early?

Today I was worried that the 12 months might not be up so called CS to check…

WARNING - O2 "free" broadband offer
I just signed up to O2 mobile broadband as their web site says you get free "home broadband" with the package. Not so. I was told that this only applies on exchanges where O2 has hardware, which according to "samknows" is only around 20%. I cancelled the contact ASAP.

BT Missold by Broadband Package and now saying my fault!
I purchased BT Broadband in December 2007, literally just before New Year as I had got a laptop as a Christmas present. She duly provided quites and I found this one which I accepted - Option 3, free weekend and evening calls, phone line…

Current AOL deal in non-LLU area
As per previous posts, I'm an AOL broadband customer paying 14.99 (out of contract) in a non-LLU area, but am wishing to pay less! The best deal that cancellations offered me is 12.99 but that involves taking their talk package, which I currently can't because I'm tied in to a BT deal for calls. I later called the sales…

Moving House: Stay with Be or go with o2
Hi, I've just moved house from where I've completley spoiled myself with Be's 24 broadband package. I just don't think I can go back to up to 8mbs again! The transfer process for Be looks like a real horror show from what I've seen on forums and I will get hit with another £40 installation charge. O2 have an up to 16mbps…

AOL upgrade for existing customers
My experience with AOL has been a good one for many years and just got better. Feeling the pinch like everyone else I realised 14.99p/m for broadband alone was excessive. I read through Martyn's guide, and was going to opt for tiscali option 1 (http://www.tiscali.co.uk/products/talk/?code=ZZ-NL-11GK&srccode=) Phoned AOL…

Home vs Business Broadband please?
We currently have BT business broadband, at £30 per month, but could really do with cutting our costs. We are out in the countryside, with a local exchange which has not been unbundled, and offers us 512 Kb (due to an a rather puzzling exchange upgrade which took us down from 3 times that speed - on phoning BT about this,…
