virgin media early cancellation

Options
We are moving to a non cabled new build on 29th Aug and are currently Virgin media customers in a cabled area receiving three services from them (telephone, TV & broadband)
Because they do not provide a cabeled service at the new property I have told them I wish to terminate the contract three months early due to the fact that they cannot provide the service that Iam currently contracted to receive.
They are still insisting that I pay a cancellation fee for all three services at £10 each per month for early termination which is a heafty £90.

Is there anyway around this for me ? can I cancel the direct debit and then haggle the issue before they deduct it, then maybe see if they would actually take it to court or Iam I on a loser and should should I just pay up ???

Any help or advice is much appreciated.
