Booking.com
We recently booked a hotel in Sheffield through booking.com On arrival the hotel was derelict. Booking.com are not paying us back and do not communicate with us. We would like to go through the small claims court but do not have a UK postal address. Any ideas? This seems to us that booking.com has committed fraud?

Can anyone advise on the nearest, pre-bookable car park to the Etihad stadium Manchester
We are going to a concert at the new Co-op Live stadium in Manchester which has been built next to the Etihad stadium and has no car parking of its own. We will need 2 cars and will have 2 disabled people, one in a wheelchair with us. Unfortunately the concert is also on a match day so getting close by and finding parking…

Risking booking a UK break more than 3 months ahead (before train tickets are released)?
I don't drive and wouldn't want to drive long distances even if I had a car. I am cautious about booking a walking holiday more than 3 months ahead because the train companies don't release the tickets. I could find that there are engineering works/line closures on my chosen dates and so I can't get there. Do others take…

I've booked a "flexible" room at Travelodge for two nights, now only need one night but when I try to ammend it tells me there are no rooms available for me to amend the booking. I also tried to cancel early check in and it asked me to pay extra. The Ts and Cs say amendments may be made as long as not changing hotel or…

Things to do near Paddington?
I've got some friends coming to London. They are staying near Paddington - can anyone think of anything interesting to occupy their afternoon? They are parents with a 6 yr old boy and 11 yr old girl. Interested in classical music, if that helps....but I'd quite like to find them something quirky!
