Ryanair preventing me from emptying my wallet

I have money visibly in my Ryanair Wallet and I am being prevented/stopped from withdrawing it by Ryanair. Every time I try to withdraw it a POP UP blocks the screen saying I booked through a 3rd party! This is NOT TRUE - the Ryanair flight was booked solely by ME. I have spoken to several disempowered beings and I have filled in everything Ryanair have said to do, followed all procedures, all the relevant requests ie Request Refund, Verification Form (which doesn't submit as it I didn't book through a 3rd party!) now a Complaint Form and still 2 weeks later I still cannot remove visible money from my wallet as their system is misidentifying my booking. No one is helping me and I keep getting automated emails relating to 'refunds' and that is not the case as the money is in my wallet! I am going round and round so I have informed Ryanair that they are breaching the Consumer Rights Act and I want my money out of my wallet to no avail - Please can someone help me?
