Should PIN be sent by default?
I've had about 10 cards delivered in the last couple of months, every time the card & PIN has arrived in the same delivery. As many use apps and most of them you can get the PIN that way, wouldn't it be better in you need a PIN you can request it after card arrives.

Does anyone have experience of this type of service? MIL has Alzheimer's and we're looking at what options are available. Social services have assessed her needs and she can go into a care home but that leaves FIL at home, with his own needs. I'm wondering if it's possible for her to stay at home but with a live in carer?…

Shawbrook Bank - how do they get away with it?
I had a 1 year ISA, maturing on 10th April 2026. In March they asked me what I wanted to do with the funds. As they didn't have any decent rates I informed them, with 30 days notice, that I would be transferring all of the funds out of the ISA on maturity. The ISA transfer was pending for 30 days. I would have thought a…

Who’s had experience of getting buildings insurance cover with these at reasonable rates?
