Not received an email but asked via online chat and was told only applicable to customers who haven't used their debit card in the last three months, so I am out.

I have not used my TSB debit card in well over a year, and did not receive any invite. So I am out as well 🤣

Mine was last out in January, making 5x£1 payments to a BS, probably to get an entry into some prize draw or another?
No £30 invite here.

Yes, I have.
Was MFW#60 - mortgage paid off December 20210 -
I have received the email as well.
Last time I used my TSB debit card was the last time they offered me an incentive to do so in May

Nothing here.
Annoyingly, I had to use my TSB card for about a week last month after I lost my usual Chase card and was waiting for a replacement.
Prior to that, I hadn't used my TSB card for months. Perhaps my recent usage scuppered the email invite for £30 cashback

I haven’t used my TSB debit card since last December when they were paying £10 a month from October that year for 20 payments a month. But not had any offer for this £30 alas this year!
