thinking of staying at premier inn on victoria rd chelmsford for one night on new years eve, i can find paid parking close by for £15 , we will be there for less than 24 hours so that seems a lot. arriving about 4pm leaving next morning does anyone know of any free or cheaper parking close by thanks
