Daily Mail is a separate promotion, usually comes around in Feb IIRC

Are the codes the same in all the local papers?
Or does each paper have different codes, if yes then what paper are the codes above from?

the codes are from the surrey advertiser. the next edition will be next friday, so if any other local papers come out the codes may be different.

No idea what happened to the Daily Mail promotion
I had seen it advertised as January 3rd start but it never happened
No advertising seen anywhere with the date it's starting so I'll stick to The Sun this year

No idea either The Daily Mail £15 hols website was up and stating promotion starts January 3rd earlier this week, so I brought the paper yesterday but there is no mention of the promotion anywhere in it ! This holiday deal (also run by Breakfree) which wasn't supposed to start until that promotion had finished started instead !

I thought the booking started next Wednesday, if the next Surrey code is not until next Friday then the better deals may be gone.

Where did you find the code word BIKINI ? The code word "Happy" was printed in the £10 hols pull out in the Western Morning News yesterday, and todays code in that newspaper is "Sunset".

The Western Morning News £10 hols promotion was also supposed to start next week, but has been bought forward a week presumably to replace the Daily Mail £15 hols deal that didn't start as originally stated yesterday.
