TV Licensing in Houseshares
So I was checking the TV Licensing website to find out how I stop my license when I move house in August and discovered that from 1 Sept as part of the new rules if you are a tenant in a shared house, you have to have YOUR OWN tv license if you have your own tenancy agreement. This means that even if your landlord…

TV licence refund
Does anyone know if it is on a pro rata basis? I pay quarterly by dd so have paid about £78 so far for 16/17's licence, however sold my flat 119 days after the licence started, meaning that my liability should be £47.44 ((119/365)*£145.50). I applied for a refund almost a month ago but have not heard anything from them.

Sky TV price increase
Sky just took their monthly fee from my account today and is increased by £3 from last month going from £47 up to £50. I'm absolutely incensed, it wasn't that long ago when I cancelled HD saving myself £10 a month. It seems they are absolutely intent on getting as much money out of me as possible. I'm not the greatest…
