Shopping/craft channels, license required?

Does watching a shopping /craft channel as it is being broadcast require a license?

If it's QVC or one of the other broadcast services, then yes.
If they are clips connected to products on their websites then no.0 -

Its not specific about shopping channels but I thought they would probably be included, my friend thought not.

It is a craft channel which sells. Its not a problem, they have a youtube channel too where you can watch it after the broadcast has finished.
I thought it would need a license but my friend thought not.
