My PC seems to be running very slowly at the moment, and I keep getting low virtual memory messages. white spaces on printout
2 year old laser printer with completely new cartridge produces white space as well as printout in a regular pattern - does this mean the printer has had it? Can it be repaired or are we talking about throwing it away and buying another. Cost £180 two years ago and new toner cost £50 yeterday.

I got the above programme with PC Magazine many years ago and used to it to create my family tree. When I bought a new pc. I save all the files both to my spare hard drive and to disc. I've reinstalled the programme on the new pc and the files are there but it won't open them. I didn't want to have to start all over again…

I am having major problems making back up copies of DVDs using Nero and CloneDVD and anything else you can think of. Best FREE Anti-spyware software?
Hi been using Microsoft Antispyware for a while but this doesn't remove 100% of the spyware applications, someone recommended Spyware doctor but this isn't free. Anyone know of any decent software out there which is free and doesn't hog up the memory? Cheers

Digital Teletext
I have a "first generation" Sony IDTV. The teletext service works but is extraordinarily slow - I use the old analogue service which is far quicker. Is this slowness a feature of digital teletext in general or is it quicker with modern equipment?
