Can't access links? (i Think)

Since this morning whenver I am on comp, and I want to access a page it gives me a blank page.

I am probably not gonna explain this properly as I dont know all the jargon, but you see on the left, where it says CHAT Forum? If I click it it's blank (got here through diffenet ways tonight!).

Or in a thread if someone says read this "HERE" I click it's a white blank. page.

It's doing my head in, and taking me ages to get where I want to be.

Any ideas?......please?

Open Internet Explorer.

Tools, Internet Options, Program Tab, reset Web Settings take tick out
of reset Homepage then click Yes or OK.

Errrrrrrrrrrrrrrr Intel, although I tried to access the linkes on Mse homepage.

I have just tried to access a link provided by someone else it's a new post in money Savers arms called ;- REALLY childish but funny as hell!!

I get a big fat blank page!!!!

Arrrrrrrrrrrrrgh, have you got a hammer? please.

Also before opening link open Windows Media Player the, tools, Options,File Types, Select All, then OK then restart Windows Media Player.

Have you a Firewall that is blocking access, also try Internet Options, Advanced Tab, Restore defaults...

No links (are they called that?) are working.

You know at the bottom of this page, where i am typing now, there is a box that says posting rules.
There are 3 (what i call) links there

None of these 3 bring anything up but a blank page either.

Have you installed any new software or perfromed any Microsoft Updates. Is there a yellow bar at the top of the window at all??

Have you changed your security settings at all??
