This year it's about £300 and I plan to do the same trick but wondered about doing the…

I'm actually trying to setup a credit card loan, gives me greater flexibility of over/under payments etc. Baclaycard Life of balancer transfer, currently 6.9% seems to be best on the market plus it seems to be lower than all personal loans. I already have this card, and have checked and the offer is open to me. However the…

Has anyone negotiated an extended 0% period?
Mine's coming to an end (M&S) and wondered if they would consider extending it. Has anyone ever managed this? If not, I will get another card as I only use them to collect rewards and pay balance every month. Just thought that in these times that might do anything to try and keep some custom although I appreciate I'm not…

Finding my first Credit Card for a balance transfer
I currently have an overdraft of £940 with Halifax - but I hear they are going to be changing the account over so it will charge me £1/day for every day I'm in my overdraft which is ridiculous. So I'm looking for a card that I can do a balance transfer on from an overdraft. If I can't find one that allows me to transfer…

Is today the day stoozing died?
With the base rate now 3% surely there aren't going to be any savings accounts with a high enough interest rate to make stoozing worthwhile, or am I wrong? Surely the only way stoozing can continue is if credit cards start offering SBTs with fees of 1% instead of 3%.

Nectar points not looking too good
After acquiring an American Express Nectar credit card about a year and half ago (the height of Stoozing), I've managed to rack up a fair few Nectar points. As I've now got quite a few, I was looking to spend some of them. A quick varied look at their rewards page points offers up the following: * Jamie's America - 4300…

Egg Money - the only positive balance card?
Hi I have read the stoozing guide but I couldn't find an answer to this question. Apologies if this is answered elsewhere.
