i am just weighing up a few options here, so would be extremely gratefull for any info and advice/personal opinions on this
I was looking at a few properties (would only buy one) with the intention to buy to let, and maybe in quite a few years sell,
there is one property in particular, if they except my very cheeky offer :rotfl: then i only need to find 10k.
instead of going down a loan route, or even a small mortgage i was wondering about snoozing.
hubby currently has a virgin card, and the 0% is just running out so we are going to transfer this to the Halifax. for anotehr % term
so was wondering which cards are mule cards at mo, and if there is any cards we can get the cash put into our account with 0%.
I know its long shot at present, but it was just a cheap avenue for us to look at comapred to loans/mortgages.

snoozing = curling up on the sofa with a blanket
Think you mean stoozing
Egg Money is still a viable mule card but with £1 per month fee - which you can get back with the 1% cashback they still offer.
Virgin Money is still the best 0% card with the longest period and allows a super-balance-transfer direct to your bank account for a 4% fee instead of the usual 2.98% fee even if you don't have a mule card. If your husband's had one, doesn't prevent you from getting one.
Full list of cards that allow SBT to your bank account are listed here on the main stoozing site (sponsored and supported by MSE).
You'll beat loan rates very easily - just takes a little bit more effort to bounce the balance onto a new card as each promotion ends. You should be able to work at around 3% APR."A child of five could understand this. Fetch me a child of five." - Groucho Marx0 -
