please help bank of scotland credit card debt £11,000 seven months behind cant seem to sortout anything with them they say it will now pass to a debt recovery agency despite pleading with them to take my offer of £100 permonth what is the case with the debt recovery people can i make an offer to pay so much a month or can they go after the house that is on a joint morgage but the debt is in my name i would be gratefull for any advice because they will not help at all not even reduce the apr i do want to pay them but cant at there rate i dont want to iva or anything this has arisen because my bussiness had to close down so now i work for some one but dont have the income i used to have thank you

If it's a genuine post and not a troll, you need to speak to CAB for debt advice, I don't think you'll get the help you're looking for on the stoozing board.
