Dear whomever this may concern,This morning a payment of £29.19 has come out of my account. I have spoken to my bank and they have confirmed that this payment was taken out without my permission. I would like to ask for a refund as I did not consent to this payment.

Forum display error
I'm using Chrome and I'm getting an issue where white bars appear when I open a thread or try to scroll down one: I've had a quick try on Edge and that browser doesn't seem to have the issues. Is anyone else having this issue and are there any plans to fix it? I can just switch over to Edge in the meantime.

Viewing own posts
If I want to look back over my posts I can't do this. I can only see about 6 previous posts. There is a button that says "Next" but pressing it just brings up the same posts as before.

Having to keep signing in
Ever since yesterdays disappearance of the Thanks button (back again now I see) I keep getting logged off quire regularly and having to sign back in again (I have clicked on the keep me signed in check box). Is the forum server undergoing some work at the moment?

Auto change
I just used this and chose sse as my new energy supplier. It was only when sse contacted me that I learned a condition of changing was to get a smart meter. I think this should have been flagged before I selected.

Ignore list
Why can I see threads started by users on my ignore list? If I ignore them I don't want to see anything they post. Doesn't it defeat the whole purpose of an ignore list if you can see the new threads they start?
