Maybe MSE towers will reply saying "we are aware of this problem and hope it will be resolved soon."

    Then again ...... :D:D

In the current fashionable style of web forum interfaces the idea seems to be to fill up most of the user interface with silly fripperies and padding, leaving only minimal room to display the actual content.
By way of illustration, when I came to this particular thread it used a whole window to display 36 words over 3 lines of text.
Forum sites don't quite seem to have quite grasped the concept that people come to the sites for the content, not the decorations.
I've pretty much walked away from another site who seem to think that grey text for posts is a good idea; I've tried saying it makes it harder to read, but it's fallen on deaf ears. I have been an active member of that site for years and have been to meet-ups with other members, but at the moment I find it pretty much unusable.

Very noticeable that many newbies now post in the wrong forum since the change .
Long standing Energy forum , lpg oil etc problem ignored in the new forum design .
