Ppi letter November 2020
Hi there, I received a letter from lloyds Cardiff saying they are sorry for delay etc but will send a cheque within 28 days. Letter dated 16th November, arrived 4th December, still no cheque. I haven't rung them yet as praying it's legit. Anyone else had such a late response?
