16months still waiting for barclays

Hi I sent in a ppi claim just before the deadline with barclays in august 2019 and all I get is due to the Corona virus we are a bit behind is there anything I can do I have given them the loan agreement copys of bank statements but they cant find it?? What do I do now.thanks phil..

They can't find the documents you sent, or they can't find your account?
