Ferry Travel delays
Are there any standard procedures for recompensing UK Ferry Travel delays? The Isle of Wight is suffering badly from substandard services from it's ferry providers - one of whom at least provide vouchers for complimentary hot drinks for delays of two hours and more, the other - Wightlink - provide absolutely nothing!

Re. Flexible ticket from Newcastle to Alnmouth
I am looking at a possible Advance ticket from London Kings X to Newcastle and then a separate Transpennine ticket from Newcastle to Alnmouth. Last time I did a similar trip, I didn't need to buy the Transpennine ticket in advance. Is that still the case?

Lighter and not expensive e-bike suggestions
I would like to buy a hybrid/commuter e-bike (step-thru would be a good option) that is relatively light (under 20kg including battery, closer to 15kg better) and not inordinately expensive (preferably under £2K).
