Railcard changes

Morning all, Just to let you all know, there have been some changes in the terms and conditions of using a rail card. It's not valid for all the tickets used to be. It seems to be those round 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM that are affected.

This sounds like fake news.  I would put more trust in the Which? article

A link to where this info is from would be useful as there are more than 40 types of railcard!

As far as I am aware there have been no recent changes to railcard validity.

There has been some very muddled reporting on some sites about measures that ticket sites have put in place to make it clearer on which trains a railcard-discounted ticket might be valid, but the underlying validity hasn't changed at all.

The only recent substantive alteration was the change to how the discount is calculated (from 34 per cent to 33.4 per cent) that meant railcard-discounted fares increased a tiny bit last month.

Ah right - so the validity has been explained a tad better.  Thanks for clarifying!
