East Midlands Railway delay repay

Hi 
After a terrible day yesterday travelling on EMR I now find their delay repay form isn’t working. Supposed to select stations from a drop down list but it’s not there. Do you think it’s crashed, as most of the line was a shambles yesterday including bus replacement drivers not able to leave on scheduled time due to their tachometer and EMR staff seeming not to listen to this!! Keeping people waiting for non existent buses.

i wish I could say rant over but I’ve seriously given up on UK rail travel. My car is king as they can’t expect people to travel like this! I know there was signal failure but our railways are a mess. I feel sorry for people who are forced to travel by rail, we are being truly shafted.😭

You need to start typing the station before the list appears.

Yes I was doing that as I think anyone would, but it was faulty. The drop downs were working for other boxes but not the stations. I sent a message to EMR and they’ve fixed it.

They refunded me the full amount for one ticket and 1/2 for the other. I had two singles. It doesn’t make up for experiencing such a day. I’d rather pay and have a normal service, or at least close to one.😏
