I guess it was in the T+C's but I gave it a few weeks as know post can be slow sometimes and was my fault it was just a few days over 30 but didn't realise.
Just wondering if there was anything I could do outside of speak to CS again?

I had this last year - I renewed well ahead of time because I was going to be away, then waited a decent time before chasing as my postal deliveries were erratic so I thought it would likely turn up eventually and didn't want to make a fuss unnecessarily.
They wanted to charge me a £10 admin fee as it was more than 30 days since the railcard was dispatched (but less than 30 days since the old one expired).
I think I complained again and they gave me the full cost of the railcard back as credit / a voucher code but I can't find all the emails now.Official MSE Forum Team member. Please report all problem posts to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com0 -
It might be in their T&Cs but you have ordered something that never arrived, so consumer rights trump any T&Cs.

Thanks for responses, they have told me they are replacing it for free.
