Hi, I am considering getting a Sonson Beam soundbar for my Panasonic 49@ TX-49FX750B TV and unfortunately the soundbar height comes up approx half way across the bottom bezel of the TV. Does anyone know where the sensor is located for the remote control? The Red/Green light is in the bottom left corner but unsure if the…

One for readers in the Republic of Ireland: 1850, 1890, 076, 0818 price changes.
On 1 December 2019 the regulations on call charges for non-geographic numbers in the Republic of Ireland are changing, ending a long running scam. From that date, calls to non-geographic 1850, 1890, 076 and 0818 numbers MUST be included in call allowances on the same basis as calls to geographic numbers. Outside of…

TalkTalk TV Boosts not Working + Other Issues
I cancelled my Sky TV as they wouldn't give me what I considered to be a good deal. I now regret this decision. I ordered TalkTalk TV when I gave Sky my 30 days notice and asked them to defer the start of the service for 30 days. This is where the issues started. Having already processed the order, I was told the service…

BT landline, can't dial out to 0871?
This used to be OK about 6 months ago but I vaguely recollect I might have chosen an option somewhere to bar outgoing calls to certain premium rate(?) numbers but I can’t for the life of me recall where or how, and no amount of googling has helped with the answer. Any advice? Thanks.

Apple TV+ free trial - what is it?
I have a one year trial of Apple TV+, normal cost £4.99 per month. I don't have Apple TV or anything, just the app. What does my free trial get me? On the app I can see some BBC stuff, some Prime Video stuff and some stuff that you can pay a one-off charge for. Some of it seems to be just links to open in a different app.
