Made my own butter!!
Looking at the yellow sticker stuff in Morrisons and noticed they had several 2l cartons of whipping cream on offer for £1 each, bought one and watched a youtube video on how to make butter, made a hell of a mess but ended up with about 750g of butter which has gone in the freezer.
