Why do my fairy cakes stick to the paper cases?
 I've been using paper cases that I bought from Lakeland and a standard sponge mix for the cakes but the cakes just don't want to leave the wrappers (the paper cases). Should I just ditch the cases or is it the mix that's wrong? It's so frustrating at the moment most of the cake is getting left on the case.
