No 4G Signal, why ?
Long story short. I get decent 4G signal everywhere, except at my families house a few miles down the road from me. I am with EE. And the problem appears to be with my phone, and not the network ( as BT did the same thing ) If I go to the EE service checker online, enter my phone ( A21s ) and then their postcode, it says…

I filled in the BuyMobile form to get this iPhone II deal. My birthdate is 29/01/1947. It tells me I must be over 18. 🙄 I phoned support and no matter which choice I made, I got the plaintive whining (recorded) response, "I cannot hear you...". (!). I tried this on two different phones, same response. No chat line and only…

Vodafone Price Increase
Hi All, I am trying to get out my Vodafone contract early (just two months) because of the RPI increase. Mainly this is because the increase they applied was on the pre-discount price and not the actual price I pay. The terms and conditions do not explicitly state that the increase is on the pre discount price so I think…

Using mobile in Australia
Will be travelling to Australia for 10 weeks in November and would really like to be able to use my mobile for calls, texts and roaming. Currently with Virgin Mobile but out of contract so could change. I don't expect it to be free but anyone aware of a provider that would allow use for a relatively small daily charge.

SIM Sherpa
SIM Sherpa Mobile deals are they legitimate. I have found a deal with Vodafone for an Apple iPhone 12 mini which is much better than Vodafone can match but they said as it was through a 3rd party, although it was on the Vodafone network they could not support it? I find it all confusing.

I
am now a Spanish resident (UK national) and need a Spanish phone number due to

Overseas roaming
I have a SIM only deal with Lebra. Outside Europe they charge £15 per Mb for data roaming - caps at £46. I'm looking for a SIM that I can use abroad, I know the advice is not to use data roam and use Wi-Fi. The issue I'm worried about is I can Wi-Fi from hotel to book Uber/Lyft to take where I ned to go, BUT I need to…

Mobile contract with bad credit history - can you pay 'up front'?
I want to get broadband in my home and I was told that these days, it's a good idea to get a mobile phone contract and use your mobile network as your broadband. Tesco Mobile reduces Clubcard points value
Today (4/3/22) Tesco Mobile sent an email out telling customers that the value of Clubcard Points into vouchers is cut to 1 for 1 from 2 for 1 i.e. not double value. This effectively increases mobile bills. Does this have any impact on my current plans in terms of being able to cancel before then end of the contract…

Plusnet Mobile roaming fails. It's not usable
So I switched from EE to Plusnet because Plusnet states in writing on their website that they provide roaming at no extra charge in many countries in Europe. They actually don't. I was in Germany, and all they have there is the old Edge network (Enhanced Data rates for GSM Evolution) from about 20 years ago. I think it…
