:lease advise on a Dashcam, something front and back that won't cost the earth. I was recently a victim of a hit and run but there were no cameras in the area or witnesses unfortunately. Thank you!

Working From Home - Hotspot
As most of us now work from home, we're relying on our household amenities a lot more which made me think. Scenario - You're working from home and your electricity goes off. The power company said it should be on later in the afternoon but you need the electricity to power your broadband router. As the only option is to…

Plusnet switching nightmare
On my recommendation my daughter got her PAC switching code from EE and gave it to Plusnet, as it was a better deal. The Plusnet sim card arrived and the switch took place except it didn't complete. If anyone rings my daughters old mobile number they get a message that it isn't taking calls. While out and about she can't…

3 Mobile Contract Renewals - Disreputable Behaviour
I've been a 3 Mobile contract customer for in excess of 12 years, usually taking phone packages costing in excess of £50 per month. Until recently when I looked at contract renewal options, the service has been good and when it hasn't, they have put things right quickly. My current contract with 3 is due to expire…

Is the idea that you can save more money using Apps fair on older people?
I read Martin's latest tip today saying "12 ways you can save but only on Apps ..." I am elderly (77 yrs) but fortunate that I understand my smart phone and technology. However, I have many friends who don't even have a smart phone and others who do not understand Apps. They also do not have much money. Technology is…

Roaming Charges
So Sky have finally gone for roaming charges and that's about the lot. However – I cannot find anywhere, in forums or in google searches, WHY mobile companies have to charge. Bottom line, can anyone tell me if they are passing on genuine charges that they now incur post-Brexit or just profiteering? Thanks Martin

Lebara sims didn't turn up
Ordered a couple of Lebara sims for my parents on a recent MSE deal (the £1.99 one). Got dispatch emails about 20 days ago and then nothing. Anyone else had similar experience and know of the easiest way to getting this resolved. As I've ordered it for my parents (in their name with their CC) it would be much easier of I…

Apple legacy two year EU warranty if product bought before BREXIT transition period ended?
Repair shop told me that if we were still in the EU, my iPad mini which was bought only 18 months ago would still be covered by the apple warranty even though I bought it from Currys who only offered the one year cover. That got me thinking because at the time I bought it we were still in the transition period when as I…

Cheapest way to get kids sim
Hi My son is really too young for a mobile yet, but we've set him up a hyper jar/go Henry type card and to access the kids app he needs to have a mobile number to register it against on a phone. Both my husband and I already have the app so we can't use our phones so we need a way of getting a separate phone number. What's…

O2 RPI
Hello, I wanted advice. I took a contract out with o2 on 22nd March. They applied the RPI increase on 1st April which really surprised me within 8 days, I thought it would have been applied the April after (maybe a little naive). I hadn't realised until I received a bill and feel i've been missold as its now added a…

RWG dialing cut off
I'm with RWG, friends have commented there's often a problem with my phone since moving to them. I called my phone last night from my landline and my mobile rang for 30 seconds then cut off stating the phone was currently unavailable. It clearly was available and in a very good signal area. Previously with giffgaff the…
