How long may we keep Lycamobile SIM cards un-activated?

With the Lycamobile deals such as...
Lyca 3GB 6 months @ 1p per month (Thereafter £4.75/mth)

How long may we keep Lycamobile SIM cards un-activated?
To put it another way...
What's the longest time between paying the 1p online and activating it?

I have seen various answers/guesses in forum posts...
such as 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, 120 days etc.

But I can't find an answer to this on the lycamobile.co.uk website

I recently activated a Lyca sim 66 days after the order date. I had been emailed a bundle activation PIN with my order however my bundle activated automatically within 5 minutes of putting the sim in my phone.

When you pay your 1p (or 5p for the previous offer) you agree a service for 30 days. I don't see anything to suggest there is a time limit on when that 30 days needs to begin. However it is more likely that they will refuse to renew the service at the offer price if you have delayed activating the sim beyond the six month intended timescale.
