Ive looked on the Ryanair website but can't find anywhere that I can change this. Is this going to cause problems when he tries to access…

Jet2 taxes and charges amount
I was trying to book a bargain flight for £40 all in (no bag!) but needed to go into my Jet2 account with them to amend some incorrect details. When I went back to rebook the flight I had to start again and this time the base flight price had gone up by £10. The airline told me that someone must have booked the last cheap…

Flight lands on wrong island - airline responsibility?
Just received an e-mail from a poor friend in the Canaries who having had his holiday !!!!!!ed up by snow & Spanish ATC, is now being messed up by strong winds in the Canaries. I'm not a European legal eagle, so advice would be welcomed. Basically, their flight on Monarch to Lanzarote airport was diverted to Fuertaventura…

New Zealand - Camper Van Deposit Nightmare
Hi y'all! I'm a bit of a newbie to this so please bare with me. The scenario that we are in must surely be one that happens a lot, although at the moment we seem to be alone. Anyone traveling or thinking of going to NZ and doing a camper tour should be aware of this issue. We went to NZ for 3 weeks in September. Van hire…

And if so, for how much of the whole journey? Here is the full travel. Newcastle to Stansted via National Express : £40 Stansted to…

Lufthansa: flight cancellation compensation
Hi there guys, I am currently stranded in Frankfurt airport on my return leg to Heathrow. Snow caused several flight cancellations yesterday evening. To cut a long story short the service and complete lack of respect Lufthansa showed us throughout the night was appalling. The majority of us were left trying to sleep on the…

Which flight?
I have seen a very good price flying out to the Dominican Rep flying with either Thompson or Thomas Cook, having read reviews on skytrax it would seem that I am better off with Thompson, but has anyone actually been long haul on both these airlines so I can have a better idea. I will be travelling with a 2 year old and 12…

Warning: Do not use eDreams
I've just been scammed by eDreams, and looking at the reviews on other sites (I wish I'd seen them before!), I'm not alone. I found some flights I wanted and attempted to book them. More and more fees and costs were added on, but it was still cheaper than the next nearest online quote. I put in my card details and clicked…

Quick Question re: Booking Flights
Sorry if this has been posted before but I can't seem to find the simple answer to my simple question... If you book a flight, are you booking on it's expected departure time or arrival time? If you check in on time (i.e. x amount of mins before departure as per their terms and conditions), and you're in Departures, if…

What's the likelihood of this getting cancelled??
Got a flight booked with Easyjet for 21 December to Lanzarote, returning Boxing Day. When we booked it was £444 for 2 adults, 1 infant. In the past couple of weeks the price has steadily decreased. To start with I was quite pleased, as I was looking to book flights for September to Paris, so kept getting credit notes which…

"Ryanair's" Stansted Sat 3 - beware predatory baggage police all ye who enter here!
The majority of Ryanair's Stansted international flights fly from the long walk down escalator and round the corner and along the travelator and up another escalator and round another corner towards the old Buzz shed known as Satellite 3 (Gates 41 to fifty something I believe). If your flight goes from here then gather…

What's covered when snow causes flight cancellation?
Some friends and I are flying to Glasgow from N.I. on Fri with Ryanair. We've booked accommodation separate to our flights. If the flight is cancelled would we be compensated for the accommodation? Our insurance excess is more than the accommodation costs so that's no good.

Ryanair Online Check-in Fee
Have Ryanair put the online check-in fee up 20% on the quiet? It was £5 but now appears to be £6. At the time of writing I cannot see this fee mentioned anywhere on the table of fees: http://www.ryanair.com/en/questions/table-of-fees

Ryanair blame cancellation on snow to save money
We were due to fly from Edinburgh to Fuertaventura on Tuesday afternoon. There was a fair bit of snow around but when we got there the airport had opened and things were moving. Our flight was due at 1:45pm but it was delayed and then we were told we would be going at 4:30pm. We saw the plane land and taxi up to the gate…
