UPS making huge unexplained charges
We have a shipment coming from China which was VAT & shipping paid. Now UPS want to charge £419 for 'Government charges'. There is no other explantation available and if I don't pay they will charge me storage from today. Should I pay and chase with HMRC/small claims court later ?

Hello, Can someone give me some advice. I sell on Paypal. If a buyer claims a refund saying goods not received, PayPal refund it, what will happen if my claim as a seller is successful. Will the funds automatically be repaid or will the buyer be contacted to repay?
