Hi
As per the heading - can someone please tell me what 'damaged scan at outward mail centre' on RM tracking means exactly?
First time I've seen it, and google did not help with the answer
Also, what does 'address inaccessible' mean exactly?
Many thanks

Not sure but
1. Sounds like its been flagged as damaged when being processed at the mail centre and wont be forwarded on
2. Courier can't find or can't get access to the address1 -
I couldn't make out if it meant that the package was damaged or that the scanner was damaged or not working correctly @tightauldgit.The parcel WAS delivered to the recipient (ebay buyer) and they have said the item was damaged. I don't understand why RM didn't return it to me if they had noted that? Now I have got the whole palaver with the Buyer and trying to claim from RM0

Buyer has gone quiet since I asked them for photos of the damaged item - only had photos of the damaged parcel. Not sure what to do. Was this a possible scam?0
