Bank Charges refunded!
Hurrah! First of my 4 court claims is to be settled in full! Capital One are offering full settlement of £467.48, including the interest and obviously the refund of the court fee. I knew it had to be soon as they aren't putting a defence in, but am still very happy!! Just need to get court dates for my other three claims…

What is the situation vis-a-vis responsibility for other people's debts when they die. What happens? Are creditors sympathetic, or likely to puruse you and make your life a misery? And what is the legal postion? Can you actually be held legally responsible?
