Bank Charges refunded!

Hurrah! First of my 4 court claims is to be settled in full!

Capital One are offering full settlement of £467.48, including the interest and obviously the refund of the court fee.

I knew it had to be soon as they aren't putting a defence in, but am still very happy!!

Just need to get court dates for my other three claims as they aren't paying up quite so easily!!

Anyone thinking about doing it - go for it!!!

  • It's all going off the unsecured debt. All in , the charges I'm claiming back will clear my unsecured debt, so I'm hoping that Xmas will be the time I can look to increase my secured loan payments and reduce the term on it.

I am waiting on the Nat West to either pay up or file a defence. I issued my online claim and it was deemed served on 04/09/06, so they have about ten days to come up with something - claiming over £3,000

Good on you - I am just starting with mine so it's good to hear of success.
