Your PRESENCE not your PRESENTS
Hi. Wasnt sure where to post this.(admin pls move if appropriate) Some years ago I started a "your presence not your presents" thing with family and friends. Hello everyone, I could do with your advice. Sadly, I just lost my job - only recently moved to it and it really didn’t work out at all and we agreed to part ways, I am disappointed, and they were quite decent people, but definitely the right thing to do - the role was incredibly stressful to say the least and was not…

Does a completed IVA need to be mentioned in a Will?
My father is about to make a Will. He entered into an IVA in 2016 which was completed in 2021. A certificate of completion was issued the following year. Does he need to mention this in his Will, and if so, would this impact his estate at all? Or, since it is completed, is it now irrelevant?

I feel like my situation will change for the better within the next 9-12 months (lump sum to pay back many/all debts). If I set up a TPP paying £1 a month, I'm assuming…

I have over £2300 in PayPal debt and I'm struggling to pay it because the interest is 21%.
