My Zopa Loans have defaulted , they are chasing me to set up a payment plan, they hold an incomplete address on file for me.
I would like to put in an affordability claim on my last loan ( at least) - shall I put this claim in now?
If I make a payment that will confirm to them my full address ?
I am shocked that they have 2 loans and CC with myself but no FULL address , I wonder if this could assist in a affordability complaint?
Should I make payments direct to ZOPA or should I be waiting for them to sell on?0 -
