Payments after defaults

Just a question on what my next move is after defaults are registered about arranging payments. I’ve got my disposable income of £150 and worked out % payments for my five creditors:
> I’ve set up a standing order for a Sainsbury’s loan account which is with Advantis for their % which has been accepted for £9.80 a month (last payment 2048 🫣😜).
> My four NatWest accounts are with Moorcroft who are phoning me multiple times a day and driving me mad but from a withheld number so I can’t block it 🫣 All four accounts are with the Ombudsman after investigator only ruled the last loan as unaffordable so I’m not paying yet until I have a final decision re my vulnerable customer complaint
> PayPal Credit I’ve heard nothing from apart from monthly statement showing overdue amount so I’ve not yet paid their %. Should I just be paying this now through my usual account?
> Lloyds CC is with Link on my credit file but I’ve had no details re how to pay. Do I just wait to hear more? I’m planning to do an affordability complaint for this one too as it was agreed after the point when the NW loan was deemed unaffordable but I’ve not submitted this yet.
Thanks for any help 🙏
