unable to install windows updates on W7
please help, my current pc on W7 will not install updates it gets stuck after one or 2 then just stalls. No very techie so simple solution if possible as I don't want to pay the fees some PC people around where I live want to charge. Thanks in advance for any help.

TV channel change delay !!!
Just recently when I flip from channel to channel via the remote there is about a 5 second delay whereas it always used to be instant. I just get a blue blank screen during the 5 seconds before the new channel kicks in - it also appears the new channel seems a tad darker for a few moments as well - any ideas ??
