Change of PC -does it affect internet connection
My old dad has virgin broadband on an old PC. I intend to give him a more modern PC. How would the change of PC affect his broadband operation ? Is it simply unplug the lead from router to the old base unit and reconnect to the "new" base unit port ? Is there anything else I would need to do ?

Connecting PS3 + Sound system to TV
HI all I have just bought a new surround sound system my first ever. Having some trouble getting it to work though. I have connected both the PS3 and the Home Theatre to the TV via HDMI, then I have connected the PS3 to the Home Theatre via Optical cable. However the TV and PS3 sound is still playing via tv. any ideas?

Samsung T166 hard drive clicking
I have a Samsung T166 HD501LJ 500GB hard drive which is just used for storage, not used very often, but it has just started to click loudly, only for a few seconds, when it is powered on. Is there a way to test if it is a drive or circuit fault. I ran windows chdsk and found no problems.
