Firefox browser will open swf files (if it's got adobe flash plugin), probably other browsers too.Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0

im not sure if i got the flash plug in though?
i checked plug-ins and it says "adobe acrobat pdf plug-in for firexfox and netscape 9.3.4"0 -

You need 'Adobe Flash Player' from here:- https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:7Never interrupt your enemy when he is making a mistake.0 -
No, that's the plugin for viewing pdf files.

thanks, i did that and it now plays.
but the video doesnt seem to be re-sized for firefox and some of the images in the video arent on the firefox screen when i watch it. (also there are no control like play, rewind, pause etc)
i tried to open this .swf file in real player, it seemed to open ok, it plays bu then after liek 5 secs it just stops. seems to do that on the other video's too.
am i just stuck with what i have as its probably the way the video was saved, as to the reason of how im viewing it, and playing it right?0 -

Hi
Maybe someone else will be able to suggest a 'dedicated' swf viewer (or converter).
I use Firefox to view swf files, it's a cheap and cheerful method.
These days there don't seem to be many of these files to view anyway.

I use Flash Movie Player which seems to work very well for most .swf files.
