Laptop webcam not working when using Skype

Hi,
We have a Dell Studio Laptop with Windows Vista. I use the built in webcam when I use Skype. Now, when I am using Skype for a Video call, there is no image on the small box (the one showing me) and the person I am calling has no picture of me either.
Would appreciate if someone knows how I can get it working again. The webcam is only used when on Skype.
Cheers

The Dell should have an application such as Webcam Central which will run the webcam itself. Try running that to see if it runs ok, which will tell you if it's a Skype problem or not.0

Have you clicked on the "My Webcam" button below the Skype window?0
