How to send tv pictures to another tv?

HI,
I currently have a tv in the conservatory with a freeview box attached and also a seperate satellite receiver-not sky- attached.
I have a motorized sat system and wish to watch euro footie without monopolising the downstairs telly.
Is there anyway i can send the pictures from the sat system to an upstairs bedroom without connecting the 2 tvs with wires?
