Burning small video clips with menu to DVD/CD
Friend of mine wants to create a DVD or CD that can view video clips that he makes (~2 minute maths tutorials, etc). He also wants to be able to create a menu of these clips so that a single clip can be chosen and watched on a DVD player. What software, preferably free to inexpensive, can he use to do this?
