Resetting to factory state

I have spent hours and hours trying to get my computer to speed up and I've finally had enough. I just want to reset it to the factory state. I have all my documents etc. saved onto a disc but I'm just wondering if I need to be concerned about my ntl broadband and/or wireless. I have the disc for the wireless set up but can't find anything for the broadband.
Thanks

If you have a router, you don't need a disc, just login to the router via internet explorer, and copy the wireless key to the clipboard, then paste into your wireless settings screen.!!
