Halifax ppi on hold awaiting new FAC guidelines
Received a letter from Halifax stating unable to provide me with final response in relation to my complaint and are awaiting new guidelines from FCA's new guidance which should be before 2016. Should I now approach FOS? Have made 3 successful PPI claims, but believe Halifax may not be as easy.
