Could someone advise me who to contact when claiming a PPI refund from Next Directory? Is it directly to them or another company? Thanks for your assistance.

You first complain to Next as they actually sold the policy. They will probably reject it, then you can refer it to the underwriter Phoenix who have accepted liability for Next PPI complaints.0
