Very old possible PPI claim with First Direct

Hi,
Just wondering if anyone has any advice on whether I can make this claim....
So, I used to have a First Direct current account and credit card. This was way WAY back in 1999-2001 (ish).
I don't have any details of the accounts anymore but I do remember that when I signed up for them (got both at the same time) I was sent 2 metal 'key fobs' as part of some insurance thing that was setup as well on both accounts that was supposed to mean that if I lost my keys and someone else found them, they could pop them into a postbox and they'd be returned to me. The insurance covered other stuff as well though although that's the only thing I can remember about it.
Does anyone else remember this? Was that part of a PPI?
As I don't have the account details, can I just write to First Direct and say 'Hey - I lived here between these dates and had these accounts with you. Please check if I'm due a refund for PPI?'
I've checked their website and they've got a long form to fill in - but it looks like I need to provide all my account details on it.

Yes. It's not PPI, it was Card Protection Plan (CPP).

But the deadline for redress claims was 28 February 2015, so you've missed that particular boat.0 -
Ah ok - thanks anyway!0
