BT - Your rights for requesting past itemised billing
Dear forum I am trying to get an itemised bill from BT for calls dating back to 2007. They are saying that they can not provide this information, even though we know that they can see this on their system. What are your rights when it comes to obtaining your data? Thank you.

Virgin Media call mobile phone barring rip off
:mad:When you take out the call mobile barring option with virgin media, one expects just that; after all you are paying extra on your bill for the privilege. Virgin phone lines - any good?
Hi Not being able to afford to pay the £125 reconnection fee with BT I'm looking at Virgin as a phone provider as it's a significantly cheaper connection fee. Are there any pitfalls though that I should consider before I go ahead? I'd be grateful for others' experiences. Many thanks in advance, CW

Orchid X4 Clicking Noise
I have an orchid v4+ dialler. I have just changed my phone from a BT Diverse X5 to a BT Diverse 6210. Now When I connect the 6210 dialer and try to make a call (i.e “lift” the handset) I get a constant clicking noise. The noise is coming from the orchid box itself. It is a rapid click, click, click .... and it can also be…

I'm also phoning my Dad at least once a day on his mobile. Currently we're on the free weekend calls plan with BT,…

New Vonage V-Plan 4i
What do people think of this new plan from VOIP operator Vonage? For £18.99 you get 2000 mins free calls to Indian (India, US, Canada, Singapore and Hong Kong) mobiles/landlines and 35 other country's landlines. Would you say this is over-priced and better waiting for other deals to come out?
